Where are my fallout saves? On my desktop they are in data\SAVEGAME but on my laptop (where my most recent saves are) the SAVEGAME folder is nowhere to be found.

I tried googling to no avail. Please for the love of the Wastes, help me =\

Did you check my documents? Sometimes they are in there.

    Nope. Not in there.

If it makes a difference I am using Vista on the laptop and XP on the desktop.

EDIT: I am trying to move the saves from Vista to XP (Laptop to Desktop)

Ah, look under C:\Program Files\Black Isle Studios\Fallout (or something resembling that path, look under Program Files... or whichever folder you told Fallout to install to. Usually that's "C:\Program Files\Black Isle Studios\Fallout" by default if I remember correctly... try "C:\Program Files\Fallout" as well).

If you're running one of the original Fallout 1 or 2 CDs (not a recent reprint), they get saved in Program Files under the software's install directory.

No, fallout 1 is saved under Interplay.
    Fallout 2 is under BlackIsle.

I don't know. I guess I will just have to finish it on my laptop?

You didn't check under Program files?

Could you do a search of your harddrive for whatever format the files would be?

Depending on what format this is though, doing a search might not be useful... you'd get too many results.
