I wonder if this is strategy. Similar to Clinton campaign's comments that one would seem oversensitive to protest of racism.

The only real disapointng thing is that this is how far down our expections have fallen as a nation as far as coverage.

According to The Sun, Gordon Brown, Prime Minister of the UK, met with all three candidates while he's over there. And according to body language experts, he seemed most harmonious with Obama.

Obama: They got on well together, despite slightly defensive postures. They swapped tips on dealing with a young family.

Hillary: She presented vibes of not wanting to be there, and both were focused on the photo op.

McCain: Brown was defensive and a bit submissive. They agree on some issues, and Brown wanted to make a good impression.

Is the bar for "terrorist" really low enough that some people who were focused on bombing empty buildings as a protest movement count as terrorists? I mean, what IS the bar

    .. What?

They didn't bomb abandoned buildings, they bombed Empty buildings.

As in, they plant a bomb, called in a bomb threat, and then blew it up when everyone was evacuated.

The only recorded deaths from a WU bombing that I can find anywhere were 3 WU members who fucked up and blew themselves up while making bombs. If you have another source..

Far too many people seem to think the WU killed people right now (ahem misleading debate comments by Clinton) for me to really see that as a joke, sorry. I'm jaded by the amount of Stupid being leveled at these primaries.

There is no way I believe that it wasn't intentional. The "get the dirt off your shoulders" thing is very pervasive in the black community. When Obama came to speak in Gary, he wasn't reluctant at all to treat it like it was one big family reunion.

So Lapel Pin Question Lady has been tracked down, and it turns out that she is bitter, for basically the exact reasons Obama said, but she's squarely in Hillary's camp because she believes her to have lived the harder life, and she feels that Hillary 'deserves' the office.

She's not in Obama's camp because Obama makes it look easy. No, really.

I love that Hillary has the impression of having had a hard life where she fought for everything she has. But Obama who lead pretty much the same-ish life (accounting for a rich grandma to offset the broke mother) has had it easy.

    Seriously, what.
