They are challenges! They are supposed to be long and hard. When you beat them, a person would say something like "WOW INCREDIBLE". I am disappointed there is not one for beat boss battles on intense with every character.
By the way, sorry for peace out-ing earlier, Tel, I assure you there's no bad blood between us for me getting chainthrowed, I know I can't compare with the best from the west, I just decided I needed to get ready to go out, I shall respect ye always (I used to chainthrow in shadow moses every once in a while when I played dedede just to boycott the level) So it's not like I was pissed or anything, just knew I was done for haha.
So who's up for Brawl? I should eat something first, ooouugh.
Boss Rush on Intense is hard, but it's fair. If you had the patience to play Target Test almost 200 times then you can play Boss Rush again and again until you learn it.
The trophy for it is a total let down. It should have been something awesome. Like Big Boss.

let's just say it was punishment for your connection :P

Bedtime is now. Good games guys. The last one was really close and was an excellent way to round out my night.
ElKaboom, you are truly a force to be reckoned with. Good games.
Seth, good games to you as well. I'm curious as to what point during the matches we both mentally decided (perhaps in unison) that neither of us was quitting until SOMEONE defeated ElKaboom, haha.

Haha, some of the games I was wondering why you wouldn't go after him or would hit me instead when my entire purpose was to allow you to win. Then I decided to go MetaKnight and I'm pretty confident my MetaKnight can beat his Toon Link, though the lag made me botch my recovery quite a bit.
I'm not sure if this is the thread to ask for advice, but I'll ask anyway! So, I think I'm a pretty good brawler, but when I mostly play heavy characters, I can't for the life of me do anything about the laser/gun thing Zero Suit Samus has were it stops you and does damage. It gets me every time, so I was wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

I'm disappointed there isn't one for 100%ing SSE... since I bothered to do it anyways.... felt like i shoulda got something for it.
Also, the prize you get for some of the harder (and insaner) challenges isn't really worth the effort.

Snake is fun, as always.
The only reason I have any doubts that you might beat me is because I know now that MetaKnight is a counter for Toon Link (regardless of what Munkus might insist). Wait, you never won a game as MetaKnight...you even did worse than me on the one game I lost.
...I still might switch to MetaKnight though. That priority is so tempting.
In other news, how 'bout that game where I got all ten kills eh? I totally forgot about that.
...and one of the games before that where I got nine. :P

Of course you realize when I switched to MetaKnight our item-fest began. And no, when you lost that was on Smashville and you died before I did. I think. Regardless, I was all over you on that fight, even including my two (2) botched recoveries due to lag. Toon Link has tons of priority, but you should try MetaKnight anyway, he's fun.
Interesting information regarding character matchups, as compiled by some smashboards people:
a check means the character on the left has the advantage over the character on the top. a tilde is relatively even. an x is obviously the disadvantage. a ? is disputed. a blank means it hasn't been tested much yet.
Some I disagree with, like Bowser an edge over Ike. Still, it's neat to see how these things come about.

As soon as the game started and it was just the two of us and me with diddy I started cussing.
anyone up for a couple of matches?
How is it playing the game when the NES isn't even on?
Now you're playing without power!

Is anyone up for a brawl at all?
. . .and not like, the moon?
Torrents up or anything? We really can't play like that.
Maybe everyone is chewing up too much bandwidth here. Got two WoW players online.
I guess I'll do some offline play.

edit: whoa evil kirby is saying the code!
Yeah, I got an unable to join error two seconds after that match ended. Oh well, I needed to make lunch anyway.
