Good games...but having a third of the matches disconnect is getting a bit annoying.
---
Meta, my record against your mains with Bowser now stands at one victory and one two-stock defeat. I consider myself ahead.
Ah yes, but I started out with one of my weaker main characters anyway, I haven't taken the time to learn Yoshi inside out like I have with Ganondorf, and what I mean by that is looking at their threads in Smashboards. I didn't face your Zero Suit Samus this time, which is a shame since I know it would have given me horible time.
I also started to learn your predictable habits just before our one on one macthe ended. Pray I don't learn them any further.
Good games, also fun matches when Mts joined. I think my favourite match was the Edlin Bridge.
Sometimes when I'm playing online the game gets frozen and after a while it says "your connection to other players has been lost" and when I try to do something else it tells me to insert the Smash Bros Brawl disc. Fortunately, turning off and on again the Wii solves it. It's happened twice to me, one of them was yesterday against Pie and one against my Brazilian friend.

Has this been happening to anyone else?
I've had the game freeze on me and say my connection was lost to the other players, but I don't think I've ever had it tell me to insert the disc. I'm not sure what the problem could be. Maybe the drive is dirty?

The only times it has told me that have been in the mentioned situations.
I've had that screen come up, but usually only on the startup, once I get going I'm golden - the solution for me is to either reboot or reinsert/wipe the disc.
I feel a little guilty Kirbyciding when it's so laggy like that. I'm concerned that the lag makes it impossible to escape and/or recover from. Did that happen?

I tried to jump, but either I lost my second jump when you enhaled me, or it didn't register.
SUNDAY NIGHT SHOWDOWN is the raddest tournament, dogg. It's where tourneyfags from all four corners of Penny Arcade/Crush Siblings meet to compare their Smash epeens and camp like assholes with Wolf and Zelda. And it's happening at seven PM EST tomorrow night!
RULES AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS INFO:
To sign up, post in this thread. Make sure to include your smash code.
This tournament will be single elimination because fuck swiss!
Rounds will last 30 minutes, with possibly some delays due to technical difficulties. Not showing up to at least beg for extra time will result in disqualification, so make sure you have an hour or two free before signing up.
All items will be turned off.
The following custom rules must be used: 1v1, 3 stock, 7 minute time limit.
Each round will be best 2 out of 3. The stage of the first fight will be decided randomly. ONLY the six stages listed as "Neutral" in this thread may be turned on in random stage select. If you don't have random stage select unlocked yet, assign each of the six stages a number 1-6, and roll a die to determine which stage you'll pick.
The loser of the 1st and 2nd match will choose the stage of the 2nd and 3rd match, respectively. The loser may only pick stages listed as "Neutral" or "Counterpick" in the thread above, and both players must pick this stage to insure that it's chosen. You can arrange what stage you'll be counterpicking in advance, or you can do it between matches. So long as it's done it doesn't matter when.

I'd imagine they could only save replays if the matches were less than 3 minutes, and in a 3 stock match that's only going to happen if there is a lot of gimp killing or if one gets absolutely trashed.

Isn't there some way of mass sending out brawl videos to peoples' wiis(?SmashService)? Or are the files far too gigantic to be worth the time?

It works like this.
1. People fight.
2. Someone wins.
3. One of the participants posts the results.
4. The other does not disagree.
Saving replays of every generic battle wouldn't be worth the effort.

Alright, you can make the room, items on or off. It doesn't matter for me.
EDIT: Turned off his Desktop, typing this while Brawling, and I didn't get hit. The lag is unplayable. Have no idea why.

Good lord Nintendo is this really that difficult?

Alright, I left, and going to rejoin. I hope you're still not facing me right now. Otherwise it's not me.

Man, even after I had put in taunts that would only work for you.

The two games we got in were good though. Laggy, but good.

I was bringing in Samus next, but hopefully next time time the lag will be better. I'm not going anywhere.

I'm playing right now, so lets set sail?

I've never been a part of the Tournaments here. I think I will this time.

EDIT: Hi ya ya ya YAAAA
That match turned out so much better than I thought it would for me.
You had me giggling that entire match, I actually tried to stop attacking you so you could last longer.
