Forum Time Zone

Is it just me, or is the forum time an hour off? I'm on the east U.S. coast, GMT-5, but the forum is reading as an hour behind, and I just had to set my profilel to GMT-4 to get it to sync. I had never noticed this before tonight, did the server get messed up or something?
