- Steelix is wild on Iron Island; but you can get a Metal Coat after you beat the Elite 4 from the gym leader who'll be vacationing on Iron Island.
- The honey tree tends to have pokeymans after an hour or so - I'm not sure about this one, and people who know better should correct me.
- Certain pokeymans DO appear more often from some trees - Munchlax, for example, can be found on trees near Valley Windworks. You can't buy honey, but Combee's ability is good for it - its like Pick Up, but only for honey.

You can buy honey from the old guy in the flower field above Floarmoma town. You can only buy one at a time, though, so that's aggravating. I thought it took about 6ish hours before a poke would show up after you put the honey on, though. Not sure about that.
I don't have any Heart Scales anyway. It's a question of it being faster to go dig up one for the Scyther I just got, or trying to breed it and get and egg that I can just level up and ensure it learns/keeps the move.
Heh, yeah, I'm in the middle of one too. Figured I could finish before anyone responded. I'm back in the single digits due to extreme effing Quick Claw hax around battle 45, though, so it shouldn't take long.
Using multiple Exp. Shares at once lets you train more things at the same time, but it doesn't increase your overall gain. Any time you are using an Exp. Share, all experience is split into two equal parts. One half is divided evenly between all Pokémon who participated in battle, and the other half is split evenly between all Pokémon holding an Exp. Share.
I would just like to point out that Arrakis would have owned the snot out of your apparently choice scarfed guy had he not been paralyzed in a stupid fashion by you know what.

You should get a new one. It's not a good idea to spend a heart scale because you could need them later.
