Lawl at the neutered acheivements. Well at least I'll get to ubersaw you all after a week of my normal play.
Although hopefully they'll make current stats not count if they're gonna be that lame.
Some of those are actually pretty condescending now.
Lawl also at the whiners who can't handle demos. Not lawl at job though. Job's server has always been the concession server for whatever infantile complaint the majority of this community is spitting the dummy about at the time. I respect Job for this, moderation is good. I'm only contemptuous of those who require him to do it to enjoy a game. Some of you need to grow the fuck up.

So I went back a few pages and I'm still coming up short. Where is this thing about Job's server limiting classes? I'm just curious as to wtf is going on I haven't heard about this apparently.
I can manage to make the attempt for a 1 mil. achievement honestly, rather than 10.
It's not that hard. I just broke 4 million
had 3.4 mil on the 19th, and it's kinda sad that I kept a bit of a healing log since they announced the medic stuff, but I was curious, and the 600k was more or less finished a couple of days ago, because I didn't heal much at all yesterday.
I hate it when you do something awesome, to cripple the other team, then you get balanced to the team you just fucked over.

Honestly, I don't mind the 2 limit demo on Job's but there are plenty of servers (usually custom) that do limit the almost all the classes.

No one has ever suggested any of what you've said, only limiting demomen to 2 on the dustbowl beause it IS a known problem.

Oh by the way I meant to tell you guys about this awesome custom map I played on last night. It is called ES Dynamite 2. I guess it is a goldrush style map? Blu escorts a cart to the red base and red has to stop them. It had a great layout and was a ton of fun. It follows the theme and looks like a tf2 map. I'd really like to give it a try on honc or any other server for that matter.

No I just don't want that final stage to take up the usual 20 minutes it takes up. I'm being selfish? I'm encouraging the blue team to take the point by not letting red team have six demos. Not quite making the selfish connection but I don't seem to be the only one.

It's probably just as likely that he said it because dustbowl is easily the longest-running map in any selection, and it's played all the damn time.
what I hate is that it always seems like my team doesn't know how to defend that first point on phase 3. I love all the sentry guns destroyed in that first uber because the pyro just walks right up to it.

I like a lot of them. They just have the tendency to make my FPS problems even worse.
This is true. A lot of them use custom textures and then your video options don't do much to help you. Either load their high res textures or don't play. That Roswell map killed my framerate I'm glad its gone.

People are bad about hanging around that corner. That point cannot be held if you do not have people behind that building in front of the point. I really just hate the design of that third stage.

As primarily a demoman, I've been saying since release the answer to demomen wasn't nerfs but class limits.
Anyone who complains about class limits is crazy.
(Though as a demoman who saves stickies for SGs on offense and leaves them on the cap on defense I do wish they would unnerf the old bouncing nades. I basically have 4 shots to kill someone and if I don't life is rough, son.)

My stance is, if people would rather demo it up than actually have fun then I'm just going to go Sniper and work on setting my kill record, fuck em.
