ImageReady won't save my GIF as a GIF

I just spent half an hour putting together an animated gif, but when I go to save it, it tells me that it will only save the current frame because JPEGs and PNGs don't do animation, and then it doesn't give me GIF as a selectable option to save it as. What gives?

You need to Save Optimised As.... I believe. It should be a little further down on the File menu.
That'll save your image as an animated GIF.

It doesn't work if I do Save Optimized As, which is what I have been doing from the start. Sorry I didn't state that clearly in the OP.

Hrm. Odd. What colour mode is it in?

Ah, I just figured out what was wrong.

On the Info/Optimize window, "JPEG" had been selected... I just had to select "GIF" and then it'd let me save it as a GIF.

Kind of odd that it was set for JPEG, seeing as I only ever use ImageReady to make GIFs.
