Maybe I'm falling for the hype, but I'm damned excited to hear that PC World are shipping my wii fit copy today.
Just the whole idea of competitive yoga, and 'phear my balancing skillz' amuses me.
Plus that will mean TWO games the missus will play!
Anyone out there got theirs yet? what's it like?
I moved to Tokyo about 6 months ago and bought Wii Fit in Japan. Honestly, other than being able to weigh myself (don't have a scale) I thought it was kind of lame. Here's why: I'm fairly fit so basically when I tried to use it as an exercise mechanism it was just too slow for me. I spent half the time in menus trying to get to the next exercise.
I think it's great that it can motivate people to get some exercise. If you are looking for a really tough workout though head to the gym.
I don't think people who want Wii Fit are the same type of people that should be playing Wii Fit in public.
