The next night was a drizzly, windy, and generally horrible. It was the kind of weather which, if people had been outside, would have driven people inside. However, even with the worst of storms, eventually one had to head for home. Unfortunately, some never made it. The next morning, which was clear and beautiful, a proper day, with nary a cloud in the sky, another gruesome operation was discovered, causing the warmth to grow even colder and clammier than the previous night. DasUberEdward was found, his blood watered by the rain and running down the gutter. The good people have had enough. It's obvious that the murderer is someone familiar with their streets, it was time to take action into their own hands. Obviously, it is Ultarune that is the most likely suspect in the crimes! Unfortunately, when the mob, properly prepared with pitchforks and torches knocked down his door, they discovered that he had not come home the previous night either, and hadn't been seen since maybe yesterday, but definitely the day before. The leader of the mob, Greeper, was obviously an incompetent, and possibly in league with the villainous perpetrators. Their rage turned on him, and by the time the police came by, all that was left was a body trampled into the cobbles.
I'm off to bed now, but things are rather... strange.
It seems Ultarune died to someone else before our Vote could get him. But, that Vote then fell to TehSpectre, who had four votes... skipping Greeper, who had five and was in second behind Ultarune with his eight. Tehspectre was in third with four votes.
I'll be at work tomorrow with nothing to do but internet, so I'll be around to figure this stuff out.
