The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
This just started recently, when I originally set up this machine movies played fine. Lately though, I only hear the sound but have no video when watching WMVs. I can watch mpg or avi files fine (divx/xvid, etc.). I'm using WMP 11 and have the K-Lite Codec Pack installed.
Anyone have any ideas? I've googled around and tried a few things like turning off video acceleration in the options, and it still doesn't show.

Sounds like a different codec or something got installed or is otherwise being used.
Personally I don't like the K-lite pack, I prefer CCCP. Irrespective of that, first off what I'd recommend is downloading a copy of VLC player and trying to run it on that. VLC has all it's codecs in-built (handy for when you want to watch something but don't want to install drivers and codecs on the computer you're on), so you should be able to see whether the video runs in that or not. If it doesn't then the issue probably isn't the codec and might be elsewhere.
