So on the brighter side of things one of the guys at worked showed me how to hook a harddrive up to my xbox...took bout an hour but now I've got a 250gb drive and was able to transfer all my data over myself woot
so it's not going to mess up your DRM on your DLC and stuff?
Nope it works pretty great I just got the xbox to format the drive after, then transferred the data then recovered my account and it's working fine, It was pretty gay before I was running with like 5 gb of space lol...damn XBLA
Only problem was finding a drive that could support it, the drives that Microsoft uses are digitally signed to allow compatibility with the system but only certain drives support it. So I had to find one that I could flash to do it, but once I got that it worked fine, was able to pick up the drive for 79 cdn too. Thats a lot cheaper then the official one from Microsoft thats 120gb and cost around 200
So I'm reading about the map "Purple Reign" and it's starting to sound like Midship.
Oh lord I hope it isn't Midship.

Ranced, if blackout was lockout and avalanche was sidewinder, Purple reign may very well be midship. They should of updated all of the halo 2 maps and installed it into halo3. That would of saved us alot of headache.

Makes me sad.

Looking for some help to go thru the Campaign to get the my last Achievments(the 15,000 point meta-game awards). Would anyone be willing to lend a hand and some recommendations as to the best skull-combo to use?

Doing it on Normal with every skull but Iron, Blackeye and the two "fuck you" skulls which I forget, but they're the ones that say "What was resistance is now immunity" and "Your enemy makes every saving throw", if you can't get anyone to play with you.
Try to go a bit fast as the multiplier really helps. For example, if you can make it to the end before you lose the 3x multiplier, you only have to score a bit over 5,000 points.
Try to be as fancy as possible. Sticking, using a plasma pistol +BR/carbine combo to take a brute down, headshots, etc, all give you a better points multiplier.
Just the skull combination + doing fancy stuff should give you enough points to have the multiplier push you over. Except for The Covenant and The Ark, those you definitely should aim to hit the 50,000 or whatever since they're so damn long.

Now if they made Midship the size of Sanctuary, maybe I'd like it.
