GLYCOLYSIS!!!

Step one is a kinase reaction which basically transfers a phosphoryl group

Step two is an intramolecular rearrangement using a ketoisomerase

Step three is a phospho-fructose-kinase reaction








I'm in the Library on a saturday night. And I haven't eaten dinner. I am definitely lacking some glucoses and shiz.

I want some Peanut M&Ms. I like eating the shell first then eating the peanut last.



Also Smallville sucks.

    In high school biology the teacher gave a take-home test on the krebs cycle. It was simply, "write everything you know about the krebs cycle." I made a 30, which was by far the lowest grade in the class, and it was by far the lowest grade I have received on anything ever. To this day I am convinced I was the only student who didn't cheat.

    Yeah. The unit I was doing was one part bacteriology, one part virology. Man, I sucked at it.

    Haha, at least at the stage I'm at now (which is pretty basic shit, mostly just IUPAC nomenclature and hydrolysis of triglyceride) is seeming pretty easy. I know that's going to change though.
