It's coming out on June 24 and takes place pretty much right after the events of Bender's Big Score.

Some animation website got this description from Fox:

In what Fox is calling the most tentacle-packed Futurama epic, space itself rips open, revealing a gateway to another universe. What lies beyond is a mix of horror and love as the Planet Express crew encounters a repulsive, planet-sized monster with romantic intentions.

In case you missed it, let me highlight the relevant parts which lead to the title of this very thread:

    It was good but very in-jokey feeling, so essentially you got to be a hardcore fan of the series to enjoy it and even then some of it is ridiculously contrived.

    I never really got into Futurama.
    I enjoy the occasional episode when I catch it, but I won't set my alarms to let me know that Futurama is coming on.
