Getting sick by overeating

So it appears I ate too much crap and am now paying for it with an overworked stomach that doesn't want to digest in a timely manner. I think I threw up everything I ate that time and am now throwing up most stuff I eat. Anything obvious I should do and avoid to let it rest for a while?

You should probably eat bland things for awhile: chicken soup, crackers, and ginger ale are all good. Basically treat yourself like you have the flu: eat small portions frequently, like a couple of crackers and a few sips of flat soda, and try not to run around and joggle everything.

I second this advice. Try and sip on water throughout the day as well, as that will keep you hydrated. If you continue to vomit you should probably go to your doctor and get prescribed something, if you are at risk of dehydration.
