Technically Daredevil would have to admit to his name to be properly served. Maybe that happened in the intervening panels.

Jester does say "Catch me if you can, Daredevil" and then Matt follows suit, which at least implies acknowledgment that he is Daredevil.

You'd think costumed superheroes getting tricked into being served for collatoral damage would be a regular plot. At least a close second to generic-villain-robs-a-thing.

In the state of New York, service of a writ can be perfected by any adult on a defendant so long as the server can identify the individual being served with the writ and is willing to sign an affidavit to that effect.

    So yeah, it counts.

I think I should start using guys dressed up as B-list super-villains to serve my legal papers. Only thing worse than getting notice of a pending lawsuit is getting a notice from Stilt-Man.

    Hai guyz, more X-Babies!

From right before the Onslaught event:

The babies are on the run from Gog and Magog (I know, right) who are trying to kill them in the Mojoverse, so they look for help from Jean, Bobby, Bishop, and Gambit:

    X46a.jpg

    X47b.jpg

    X47c.jpg

    X47a.jpg

    X47d.jpg

And then Gambit and Bishop are about to die so the X-Babies save the day!:

    X47e.jpg

    X47f.jpg

And then Dazzler shows up to take the babies back to Mojoverse because something something the plot is never carried on after this, it happened a lot in 90's X-Men stories.

All-Star Superman really makes me hope that Morrison gets teamed with a killer artist on his Multiversity Captain Marvel/Shazam story. Because if he brings that same sense of optimism, and infuses it with some of his trademark magical weirdness, he's going to kill on it.

X-Men versus Agents of Atlas! This scene is from the tail end.
So, one of the Agents of Atlas' teammates are missing, I guess? So they are attempting to steal Cerebra from Greymalkin since it hasn't been moved to Utopia yet. Buuut, they get caught, and a fight ensues.

The Utopia crossover. It's awesome you should read it. I think there is a trade out now, but I might be wrong.

Hardcover and a trade of the Dark X-Men Mini that had little background stories on why they joined the team and such. Some of the stories are good, but a couple are meh. I would still say it's worth the 13 bucks.

Isn't his cloak bonded to him? Did they like, sew a new layer on top of the non-extra dimensional side?
