First of all, I'm truly shocked this hasn't been posted yet (massive spoilers for Watchmen if any of you are living in some kind of parallell universe in which every comic fan hasn't read it already).
Also, the 2 awesome villain deaths from Annihilation:
Before it got spoiled by all the clone nastiness, this was a fantastic moment:
The moment which made me fall in love with New Frontier:
Dinosaurs + grenades = cool
As much as I generally dislike Bendis' writing style, the ending (although it was actually in the middle of the book) of The Confession was a tour-de-force:
If you've read Preacher, you know how awesome these moments were, if you haven't, shame on you!:
He kills God!!
And finally, as requested; Ultimate Spidey and his Amazing Cue-Cards:
...and Ultimate Hawkeye kicking ass and taking names:

Wow, that alone wins you the Internet.
The movie better not fuck that moment up, or else...
Oh god that page from the Confession breaks my heart every time
I was just gonna post the one page, cos it's pretty powerful on its own, but, on re-reading the comic, I realised the lead-up to that splash acted as a kind of crescendo to that final image, making it that much more powerful. Plus, as much as I hated Tony Stark for his actions during Civil War, that look on his face in the last panel before the splash truly brings home the personal cost of the war to him.
Just because it didn't affect the most popular mutants doesn't mean it didn't have any impact. All the repercussions of that panel still aren't fully resolved yet. That one moment is still driving storylines two years later.
I actually just picked up the two Nextwave trades, having read them as individual issues back in their initial release. Still as hilarious as I remembered.
Of course, I had an oddity: my second trade came with the cover flipped, i.e. upside down and backwards relative to the actual pages of the comic. I'm undecided if that's the way it's supposed to be, and I'm just missing the gag.
It really is hard to beat the Celestials insulting Aaron Stack, for my money.
the one where Immonen changes his art style for each character study.
That really was quite impressive; I assumed on first-reading that he'd simply gotten those various artists he's emulating (e.g. Mignola) to draw the two or three pages each, but it appears he indeed just perfectly ape their style.

I agree; if this is changed one iota, I will personally...er...be rather angry and probably express my anger in a number of message boards.
Yeah; that'll show 'em!!

This isn't real (photoshopped), but it's hilarious:
Sorry honey!
