Why? Because we'll call you on your bullshit when you bitch about somebody who uses an unlock command for an achievement, instead of farming it "legitimately" like you?
Out of your 14 medic achievements, I'm seeing maybe 7 or so that you are likely to have gotten "legitimately" in a single evening of play. And that's giving you the benefit of the doubt on Intern and Specialist, and assuming that you're good enough to heal 10,000 damage in a single life without something like the PASMO.
Personally, I don't give two shits how you get your achievements...until you come in here and try to talk shit about how others get theirs.

so i did the developer cheat thing and i really hope they reset my stats because i'd rather just start over at this point

Anyway, I'm only 9 achievements away from the Saw. I can wait for it. Got a bunch of long, hard work ahead (like kill 50 scouts, extinguishing 100 teammates, healing 200 teammates that call medic, etc.)

The fact of the matter is that medics who are far better than me will still find themselves lacking some of these because they're absurdly situational and/or require circumstances that are very unlikely or involve fucking around and potentially shafting your own teammates- that's right, Edcrab is a better medic than Morningfish because he forces his fucking heavy to punch people.
If you're "cheating" and using a command to access the unlockables, good luck to you. If you want to do it the regular way, good luck to you.

As far as PASMO, much of it was obsoleted by the console commands but I still had a lot of fun. 11 people all healing a demoman, the medic needlegun deathsquad, the silly Heavy rampages, the time near the end when we were setting up zones to get achievements in.

The hilarious thing about unlocking everything was that I did it on a regular server, and so about 20 Achievement Unlocked Guitar Riffs went off AT ONCE, so it was just this overly loud BWRAAAAAAAAAAAAAANNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG sound, and a bunch of shit at the lower right hand corner of my screen.
Not too shortly after, 3 people were like OMG CHEATER WTF HACKER OMG OMG
Diaper Launcher(replaces Shotgun)-
Does little or no damage, decreases enemy speed by 30%(or something) and changes enemy sounds to baby sounds temporarily
Yoga Fist(replaces Melee)-
Fist stretches out 20 yards at Rocket speed(and back at same speed), but Heavy is unable to move during punch
Really I just want the fist.
EDIT:
And the crit is the double-fisted punch, naturally.

Didn't notice the new speech yet, unless they were just talking about the cart-related items (which I doubt). Those are hilarious.
It'll be kind of nice if they don't reverse the unlock command, because then I can just enjoy the new weapons while also enjoying just picking up the achievements at a leisurely pace. And a few of those I'll just never worry about getting at all. They're not "achievements" so much as "some random ass thing you did that one time and it was hilarious." Getting achievements over the course or normal (and semi-normal) play can actually be a lot of fun...feeling compelled to grind them so I can get access to the new equipment (at least the Blautsauger or whatever and the Kritzkrieg...I don't really see much need for the Ubersaw) isn't so much.

Well, if they can reverse the console command it won't be obsoleted. And regardless, it actually sounded like fun and I'm sure some of it was hilarious. I'm just pointing out the absurdity of anybody who participated bitching about the use of an unlock code and talking about how he's using his achievements to "gauge his progress."
Also, I'm pretty sure anyone who used any of the console commands to unlock anything will end up with a stat or achievement reset.
There's a small chance. Though it's more likely that Valve will consider how a lot of people are using the unlock commands/farming and reconsider achievement based unlocks in the future.

Oh yeah and Granary is even more of a heavy map now. Without the possibility of a scout rush at the start, and with ubers at their disposal, they are just going to dominate even harder. Though a critzcrieg soldier from atop the shipping containers could be a scary sight.

Very low damage, shoots 360 degrees, excellent knockback
Diaper Launcher(replaces Shotgun)-
