I've actually uncovered a hidden stash of money left in my Paypal account that I've forgotten about for months that conveniently covers a $60 game plus tax, so I'll have room for one more game this fall; it might go toward PoP, since this looks heavenly, but Tomb Raider looks really good too and kind of scratches a similar itch so I'm not sure where to go.
I keep bumping the thread, and I know the game's still off and there are tons of other awesome games out right now, but seriously: Go to the official site. I've never actually wanted to watch a Flash website intro before in my life, but this is so good.
The things is, when you create, shall we say, a not-one-dimensional character, but when you create an uncompromising character -- and I mean this with all due respect, because I consider God of War one of the greatest action/adventure games made on the PlayStation 2 -- but the thing about Kratos is that, as a character, he's quite basic. If ever anyone smoldered with generic rage, it's Kratos. He's very one-dimensional.
(Would've gone with Ironometer but that just sounds like a very specific metal detector)

Does the game support 1080p? I'm debating which console to buy it for now, considering how much more I fall in love with the graphics each time I see it. :P

Probably not. It sounds like they're already pulling out all the stops to release it on time, a demo won't help that.
