Well to illegally tie two products together you have to make the purchase of one product conditioned on the purchase of the other. So when you package things like that basically the court has to weigh the anticompetitive effects against the procompetitive benefits.
From the Microsoft case in 2001
anticompetitive:
- taking IE out of add/remove programs
- commingling OS and IE code making IE impossible to uninstall
MS failed to show that these practices served any purpose other than furthering of their OS monopoly.
And there's a bunch of other crap with this case but in answer to your question, those two things are pretty clearly illegal, and other things I'm not sure about /you'd have to do a specific analysis of.

She's pretty neurotic and would always have these mini-break downs. Being a calm person and knowing her well, I was always pretty good at cheering her up and get her to think normally.
