I would have mocked you too, to be fair.

I mean I love MGS, but this is a series that can't even get existing science right.

Or maybe it's a fictional universe where sciene works different from the real world?

I don't see why it's so hard to accept that in the same world that has powerful psychics and guys who shoot bees, genetics also work differently. it's already been established that the Patriots held back genetic discoveries.

MGS science works fine in the context of it's own universe. It's not a matter of "getting it wrong".

Yeah. But he did a presentation on the series.

    In real life.

By technology class I assume he is in highschool and I assume that means a basic computer skills class. It was probably a powerpoint on how chiseled Snake's ass is, even at his old age.

Or if he wanted to be really nerdy and it was actually a class on technology, he could have presented it as like "technology in the world of Metal Gear Solid." That could explain the mocking!

So you did a little video and photo tribute to a video game in high school. The road to popularity!

Man, MGS3 is beating my ass. I wish there was a cheese mode where you could just get a radar anyway. I think I'm doing well, I sneak up on a dude, and then oh shit there was some dude around the corner behind a box or some shit I didn't see and now he's alerted and now a hundred guys are after me.

At least you get that throw slam attack thing. That shit is awesome. When all those soldier's do come after me, I just slam all their faces into the ground

High school's a lot better about that sort of shit.

Most people realize that they should judge people based on who they are rather than what they like.

    In my experience at least.

I think I will be alright. I take advanced courses and the kids in those classes are alot better for that sort of thing. of course there is the usual jackass but technology class is an elective so alot of regular class students take that class as well.

Hey, you got a good grade at least.

In my experience, doing some kind of project or presentation video game related is a risky affair, but sometimes the audience gets into it, more likely at the college level. For my film and TV class, I did a presentation on the Halo 3 Landfall commercials, and my professor really got into it and started to ask a bunch of questions about the game. It was kind of embarrassing to show I was big gaming nerd, but the rest of the class thought it was amusing and interesting.

Is there any info about Meryl's group? Are they a PMC as well? Or are they actually a revived Foxhound squad?

    They're Foxhound.

Which sucks. Foxhound is an elite group of freaks. Not Meryl and Generic trio.

They're working with the CID, and are known as Rat Patrol Team 01. I don't think they're officially FOXHOUND, but because (as we all know) Meryl adored FOXHOUND she gets her team to wear the badge and call themselves FOXHOUND. That's just speculation though.

The site admins and creators intended it as an extreme form of satire. It was never serious.

Sony Defense Force is widely acknowledged as a troll website that parodies rabid fanboys of all systems, with an emphasis towards PS3 fanboys. An outsider can plainly see the trolls, but apparently the regulars of the comments section can't, making SDF THE most successful trolling website of all time.

Heh, for AP Composition last year I did my project on the rhetoric of communicating in WoW. I had great fun making the class guess what things like "AoE DPS, the newb tank pulled too many mobs" meant.

Anyway, I wouldn't take a review that Sony Defense Force made seriously.

Australians get reamed. I assume the UK does as well.

Guess how much the RRP is for the limited edition here?

    85 in the US true?

Let's put it this way. That 85 dollars should be about £43 here. It will most likely end up being £79.99 or $140.00
