That seems low. Well what's the min level for Cimerora? If it's got nothing but some random missions and a taskforce, I'm gonna guess it's fairly high level.
Does anyone have a link to the...I guess trees for the new powersets and the VEATS? I mean I really have no idea about any aspect of these characters....and I have no idea what new the new powersets entail....
Is there something like cohplanner.com that has the powersets?

Join a Supergroup
Use any chat other than /local, /team,or /friend.
Invite characters into a Team (although Trial Account characters can join a team)

Level up past level 14
Enter any PVP Zone
I know they wanted to reduce spamming, but most of these are just going to discourage people trying the game. Can't join a supergroup? Invite to a team? No Help chat? No tells at all while on a trial? NO GLOBAL CHAT? o_O
That is bullshit and one of the main complaints I had about WoW when I tried it. completely kileld hte experience for me.
Who the fuck cares if a gold farmer joins a group, enters a PVP zone, levels past 14 on a free trial, or can use global, or even broadcast? This is just fucking retarded. I'm writing someone about it because they are cutting their own balls off with this type of move.
I posted my complaint and sent a PM to BAB (picked a dev at random, guessed he gets less spam than Positron), but to my surprise the forum response seems largely positive. :x
yeah, I've played about 5 trials, love making toons up to level 20 to feel out all the classes. those trial limits kill the chance of me ever fooling around again, unless I choose to subscribe, which I probably wont. =|

I doubt it, I just don't see a hell of alot of overlap in the customer bases.

I probably would've gotten AoC if I'd gotten in the beta, but I don't have the cash or the time to be buying MMOs I've never seen in action beforehand.
Stupid "paying money to get into open betas" scheme.
SyntheticOrange and Dedlok are the only two that I know of that play on victory regularly.

Well that's it for me then. I've got a 19 Blaster on a trial right now with about 1 week left. I won't be logging on again.
I wanted to see how the mid-game felt before actually purchasing the game. So far I'm liking it but I get the stinky feeling that my experience has plateaued as far as variety goes. I guess I'll never know, NCSoft.
(Level 14? Fuck man, why even let them get past the loading screen? :P)

Yeah, I can't do pretty much anything at all anymore.. I was able to play heroside earlier in the day, but logging on with my villain now, I crash on 2 out of 3 loading screens.

Just started a character on Virtue since I hear it's where all the cool kids hang out. Created a Blood Widow, currently level eight, named "Erebos Requiem". Planning on making him a Fortunata, though I'm a bit weary after reading a bit on the official forums. At first everyone was saying they were awesome, but now apparently the opinion has changed to "Their damage sucks if you don't take the Blood Widow claw attacks to suppliment yourself, and they have Mask Presence for no discernable reason. Also: They have to constantly redraw their claws after using psychic attacks!". Particularly disheartening, as one developer's response to the redraw issue was "mix attacks at your own risk".

I did try a Crab on test though, and I will be making one on live eventually. Just thought I would play a Widow a bit since I played a Wolf Spider/Crab Spider so much on test.

EDIT: Oh god....with Nightwidows/Fortunatas can be melee/ranged fighters....psychic, poison, and claws/darts.....
