Okay apparently I'm still confused. Can someone post a picture of what their image looked like when they sent it in?
The lines don't need to be on there, they are for you to design to. Anything that would fall inside the dotted line will be on the face of the pin. Anything between the dotted line and the solid line will be on the part that curves off the front, or not visible at all. Anything outside the solid line may as well not exist (but it doesn't matter if something is there).

Okay this is what I have so far.. It was saved in Gif for speed but once I sent it in, the color will be better. So what you are all saying is that I get rid of the white lines and just send it in like that?
Yah, if you just want the skull on a black background, just centre the skull and send it in like that. No lines necessary. Make sure the image you send in has the same dimensions as their template though.

I feel like I've passed an arbitrary experience point limit and gained more power.
They actual mail them next day priority mail. If your order says shipped (and you live in the U.S.) you should be getting them in quite soon. It took eight days from the day I placed the order to get mine.

Okay here's the picture I want to use along with several elements I've been toying around with. I would like to include my username and at least the logo (skull) I need help arranging/designing things so it doesn't look completely aweful.
Unfortunately color information was lost... the good version is on here. I'm using Ms paint. That's the best I have.

If you like it I can get you one made up to send to purebuttons, this was made in paint shop pro (worst image editor ever IMHO, but its all this work computer has) and god only knows if its the right size, and we'll have to remove the lines, but thats something photoshop will let me fix quickly.

Yeah, I got 62 as well. I ordered a hundred of the TF2 buttons, and got 110 + one broken one.
But still...I want to keep a few of my avatar ones around for personal use.

I agree with this but sumi said that it should include atleast the username and logo.
