Unknown song, but i've got a music video description.

Muchmusic decided to play some really fantastic music and videos, but neglected to show who the artist or song were so currently i'm left in the dark unable to look up some great bands. One of the videos is pretty easy to describe though and should be identifiable. Here's the info:

-Two beatles looking dudes singing, walking outside, wearing mid-thigh length black coats.
-Takes place in Russia, many snow filled settings shown.
-Features many tanks, which rock back and forth at one point.
-Also prominently features two rows (about 15-20) dudes dressed up as Russian generals/soldiers, and singing as a choir with "ahhhhhhh"s.

Anyone know the band/song? Thanks in advance!

    I've only seen that video once or twice but I believe it is this one:

    Sorry to thread hijack, but a similar music video quest has been bugging me for weeks. I saw this video months ago, it might have been on one of those Spike Jonze or similar director DVD compilations that came out.

    Basically it's a split screen music video, showing two japanese/korean/chinese? girls going about their daily lives. In the middle of the video the 2 girls effectively switch over and continue doing what the other one had been doing earlier in the day. Not the clearest of descriptions but it was a long time ago!

    Ring any bells to anyone?

    Cibbo Matto I think its Sugar Water...and I do believe they're Japanese. It was on Michel Gondry's DVD compilation. I bought it for all his White Stripes music videos.
