because the first time I heard about pandora (long time ago, yeah, whatever) I actually wasn't sure enough of my taste in music to even bother with it and then I forgot about it
why do none of these new fangled video and movie sites work outside the US
The RIAA threw a major bitchfit, and the stations had to block access to non-US IPs.
How does that in any way benefit the RIAA? Do they just hate all fun or something?
People have been asking this since they killed Napster in ye olden days. Now they're just sore because they missed the digital distribution boat, but they're warming up to the idea. Slowly.
I'd never heard about it before, so I did a test of a relatively obscure composter I know, and BAM, they had it, and other work like it and I was all "Yessssss"
I tell everyone about it and never use it. I never find anything worth listening to from the stations. That and it doesn't have certain bands that I actually want to put in there.
