I'm having trouble getting the spay to work. The file is in a format that tf2 doesn't accept.
yeah it's not the correct file there to use as a spray. I can give you the correct file and direct you to a tutorial that tells you what to do or I can send you the actual file via e-mail in about an hour. The program that converts the file to .vtf (the spray filetype) doesn't work on my mac.
dammit, somehow the CD i burnt with all the sprays on it is corrupted. So I will have to send everyone the sprays tomorrow, unless I'm near my office tonight (in which case I will run in and grab them).

No, have one with a stick heavy walking and a healbeam (or 3) going off the spray, and have all the medics be stick folks with healbeams in different directions so we can all spray on the correct sides of the heavy to imitate the inevitable.
