g'day all

Im looking for some help in regards to the new system in which i am building at the moment.

The system Specs are

Gigabyte GA-X48-DQ6 main board
Intel q6600 cpu
Corsair tx750w psu
Corsair Dominator RAM (4g)
Sapphire Hd3870X2 (2 in crossfire)
HDD and Optical Drive in an Antec 1200 case

Now i havn't even started to overclock yet. I dont even get that far. When turning the system on, it powers up for about 4-5 seconds no POST beeps then dies. then powers up again in the same way and goes dead again.

i have been racking my brain over it and tried alot of different things. including another mainboard of the same type. another CPU of the same type, another PSU of the same type. A different CPU, Different RAM and a DIfferent PSU... the only common factor seems to be this GA-X48...

please help

Saint

I'd go towards a DOA mobo unless you know it's good. At the very least a motherboard should POST and beep when there are errors unless my understanding is off. Hopefully it'll be easy to exchange but if you tried everything else there really isn't much else.
