blarg Suggestions for the problems that I see off the bat, and other crits would be enthusiastically cuddled.
1. I have difficulty with eyes - getting them both the same. Ones higher than the other other. Didn't notice when drawing it. Really saw it when I flipped it upside down when I was done; but a little too late. Like noticing dog-do because you feel a squish. Suggestions?
2. Hair. I suck at hair. Head and facial. It's self, so I don't have a ref pic, though I could take a pic - but the lighting would be completely different.
3. little too long. My head is 2x as long as it is wide... the sketch is snot. pun intended. Yes. my humor is that bad.

So why'd you go through and render everything if the basics werent even right yet? Get the basic structure down right first!
Because I didn't notice till after. 20/20 hindsight. One of those things where the longer I looked at it the more "wrong" it looked; and I didn't think about flipping it till after. Hindsight I should have done that a lot sooner. The width/hight I didn't notice till I got home, and thinking it STILL didn't look right I measured and it was a bit off.
As for hair? er.

Knock it up to experience and move on.
It's actually not that bad, it's just that the structure wasn't right to begin with so it snowballed from there.
There's some symmetry issues with the jaw line just in case you didn't pick that up as well.
hmm yeah, I see the jaw thing now. Feel like it's the same with proofreading, sometimes you just need another set of eyes. Didn't notice the jaw before. Need to slap myself around a bit for lack of attention to detail I guess.
I sketched this today. Maybe you can make something of the terrible quality picture. I'll find a scanner tomorrow, and put up a bunch more stuff. I don't know if I want to work on this more because I hate pencils and erasers. I already feel like I'm ruining this by erasing at all. It sucks...

I'm scared to add details to certain parts for fear I'll have to erase a bunch. I think I'll do separate sketches of the legs and backside so I don't fuck it up.

Then you just defeated the purpose of the thread. How can we give you crits if you won't let us see your mistakes? Hmmm?
Isnt this jus a doodle thread?
And i fixed it by showing it to my liking.
but I GUESSSSSSS feel free to give crits otherwise.
It's helpful to do art with the idea that it may receive crits.
but unless i ask for some crits i wont change my work in any way shape or form to receive some.

Dr. Cox?
Shouldn't the spear be pointing inwards? I've never used a spear, so maybe there's some reason you'd point it away from you like that.
Trying to get my draw back on:
I really need to keep up my drawing and painting, my drawing has gotten pretty bad.
