Well condemned 1 was pretty short so you could probably do it in one night. I'm currently playing through 2. What consoles do you have?
A good question. Something I should have put in originally. I am interested in beating xbox 360 games particularly but feel free to put up any console opinions as I am sure there may be others like myself that may just want to rent games instead of buying them.
I love and recommend The Darkness. I'm not sure how it plays to someone that didn't like the comics though. Very quality game all around, great voice acting and story; though, a little too bloomie.

BTW: Why not get gamefly?
Never knew there was a comic for the game, and loved the game to death. Good answer too, as it's pretty short.
Timeshift was a pretty good game, and can be beaten overnight.
I tried to do Marvel Allaince overnight, even with 2 other friends with co-op but just couldn't do it, we got bored and wasted instead...but GoW deff. Halo is another good one
I second God of War. Pick up the sequel, too. I haven't beaten the second but the first ends at around the 10-hour mark, so it's a great game to play over the weekend.

The game is based off the comic, which is a pretty good read too btw. In the Top Cow universe(i think that's who they were) the Darkness came from the Witchblade comics, the Darkness and the Witchblade have this eternal struggle thing going one. Yes an eternal struggle of overall badassery(the Darkness) vs the also somewhat badass yet always extremely scantily clad vixen of the generation(the witchblade). The Darkness is definitely one of my favorite comic power sets.
Oh and back to OP, it's possible to get through Dead Rising in a night too(maybe an all-nighter plus a little). But it's somewhat easy to mess up a run through, so it might take two days.
Portal. Max Payne. Blade Runner. Playing Portal in one, overnight sitting is a must if it's your first time. By the time it's 3 or 4 AM the atmosphere of Aperture Science really starts to eat at you.

Agreed on portal. I played through it all in one sitting at Orange Box unlock night, from around midnight to 3:30am. I was pretty out of it for classes the next day.
If you have a PS3, Heavenly Sword is a great rental. Extremely fun game, but it isn't really replayable, and is only 6-7 hours long total. I really think every PS3 owner should try it once, if only for Kai.

My first instinct is to say Orange Box for HL2, but I don't know if you could do HL2 plus both Episodes and also Portal. And if it did it might kill you.
I think the only game I did in one evening that I can remember is Halo 2 and that was pretty good times.
The ending may be a tear-jerker in normal circumstances, but it is devastating at 6 AM. I was exhausted but I still couldn't just go to bed, I had to go take a walk, that's how upset I was.

Mario Galaxy
Resident Evil 4
Any Metroid
Any Metal Gear
I wouldn't personally put any of those in the "can be beaten overnight" category, at least not comfortably, unless you've already beaten them before. I'd put all of them at somewhere around 15-20 hours on my first playthrough.
Portal and LostWinds (though you can't rent it...) are pretty much perfect for an overnight game. Games that I can explore, and fully absorb without rushing, and still beat within a few hours.
Playing through all 6 (7, lol) Metal Slugs in a row can be fun. They're all together in the anthology. You could do that in a night, easy. No guarantee you'll be able to see in the morning however.

Fuck... Just get Orange Box.
Edit- Beaten like a red-headed step-child.

GTA4 overnight? Really?

Edit- Blade Runner? I don't remember that.
I guess if you were a really sick person it could be done...but then you wouldn't enjoy it
Westwood point and click adventure game. Beatable in an evening.
Any Prince of Persia

Last time I checked the Social Club, top time was 9 hours and 5 minutes. So theoretically it is possible.
Canadian winters, baby (yeah, I know we're in May, shut up).
I don't know, I haven't rented a game in years. Plus Blockbuster only has 3- or 5-day rentals for games anyway. :P
Doing these on co-op guarantees some fun times.
No, what he meant was that you might be able to watch Blade Runner the Director's Cut in one night. Maybe.
The original final fantasy is one that comes to mind.
Zelda, Metroid, Metal Gear, Blaster Master, Dragon Warrior... these come from a day when "open-world" meant "That's you, that's the world. Have fun!"
