Graphics card question

Would appreciate the answer to a quick noob question here- do the min specs on the game (I have looked at them) mean that this game requires a graphics card with pixel shading? Or to put it another way, will this game run with my crappy geforce 4 mx card?

Try the demo but I am guessing no. While not officially supported, regular GF4 and even GF3 cards could run the game (performance aside). We did test GF4 and it was playable but we decided not to recommend or support it. The problem is your card seems to be of the MX variety and we do use shaders.

Sorry to bump, but I thought I'd post a followup in case anybody else was in the same boat. I was able to run the demo on the geforce 4 mx, so I went ahead and bought the game. The graphics look like hell, of course, but it runs and I can at least enjoy the gameplay and the humor. :)

I'm trying to run the demo with my Geforce2Pro card.

I updated the driver and all I get is "Shader System failed to Initialize."

Yeah, dude, Geforce 2 isn't going to cut it if a Geforce 4 is borderline.
