What do you cover your nasty-ass feet with?
My shoes are Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66s:
Thin leather... shoe body(?) and thin sole. Pluses and minuses with that. So comfortable. Feel more like slippers or moccasins than sneakers. Awesome for days when you want to wear shoes, but you don't have to do a lot of walking around. Almost zero arch support. I've had them since Christmas, really started wearing them in February I think. The soles are wearing smooth already, but I kind of expected that.
I also have a pair of Adidas Rod Laver Mids:
Made of mesh. Pretty damn comfy. Not good for cold weather, on account of the mesh. Hard to keep clean. I have had them for about 3 years, holding up pretty good.

My favorite shoes are actually sort of snow boots.
I got them for Christmas a few years back and they're so clunky and comfortable that I wear them pretty much year round. I only switch to sneakers at the gym and during the hottest part of the summer, when sweaty boot rash becomes a factor.
We used to have a thread like this almost every month. Some posters wore ridiculous shoes, like Bapes and G-Units and stuff. I find those shoes interesting to look at, but could not imagine wearing most of those on my feet.

I've tried all types of shoes and the ones I keep going back to are the Saucony Jazz
Also... Mysst, we all can't pull off big black steel toe lezbo boots.
Just got black timberland work shoes to replace the ones I bought around 5 years ago. Baiscally, I only ever buy timberlands for work and reeboks for exercise. I don't like change. get off my lawn.
The only sneakers I'll wear are ones that I know were put together by some slave child in Malaysia. You know, sneakers where you can feel the bleak desperation of the tiny hands that sewed them together, destitute little tears mixing with the glue to make it last that extra special amount of time. Every stitch a lost dream, every seam a dead hope, floating endlessly in a sad ocean of desolated lives and cruel taskmasters.
They're like little parties for my big, Western feet every time I slide them on.
