Lord of the Rings Phalla
As ages pass, an ancient evil that was once defeated swells and rises again.
A new enemy and an old enemy join forces to destroy the world of man.
A fellowship is forged to travel to Mordor,
While the rest of the world prepares for war.
Since this is a CF Phalla, we're taking things more seriously than some of the SE++ Phallas I have run. That means if you're not playing, feel free to make an occasional post, but don't troll here and DO NOT fake vote if you're not a player.
The game will continue until a faction has won; there are multiple factions that have their own win condition.
DO NOT post/copy-and-paste/photograph/use OCR software/etc your role PM. If you do so and I find out, you will be killed most heinously.
As usual, there will be no dead thread and the game is NOT to be discussed with anyone once you have been killed, until it is over. Seriously.
Voting, abilities, etc will be revealed in PM and in the Game start thread.
You may ask for clarifications in the thread or via PM (either now or during the game), but I reserve the right to not answer for a variety of reasons: balance, hidden game mechanic, I don't like you, etc.
VOTING WILL CLOSE AT: 8 pm PST DAILY.
NARRATIONS WILL BE OUT BETWEEN 9 AND 10 DAILY; I AM WORKING AND IN SCHOOL AND CUT ME SOME SLACK OR SAURON WILL EAT YOU.
You are NOT required to vote daily; you ARE required to post in the game thread at least 2x daily.
No prior expertise in Phalla is required.
A knowledge of Lord of the Rings/Middle Earth will be helpful, although not required.

with seventy players I am really curious what roles we'll see.
will it be just LOTR or also from other tolkien sources?
The Hobbit & the LotR trilogy will be included.
Other sources will likely not be included, except for things I add in on my own because I am just that awesome.
The setting initially begins in the Fellowship, although the time period is obviously a branch off after that.
Any character from the books is POSSIBLE, although I will neither confirm nor deny the existence of any.
If we continue having tons of signups, I might extend the playerlist a bit.
