specialized workout for the summer

Over the summer I'll be staying in a house near the college I'm going to, and the gym there will be open. As it stands, I'm just not a very strong dude -- I don't have very much upper body strength, I don't have very much general stamina, and in general I'm just not very fit. This hasn't really mattered to me very much, until I started having sex regularly, and I realized, hey, there might be something to that whole physical strength 'n constitution thing.

So I'd like some tips for a "sex workout." Keep in mind that I am starting from nothing here, as in, the only physical exercise I get and have gotten any time in the past several years has been occasional walks and journeys on my scooter. Well, and sex, I guess that's counts as exercise too. I know absolutely nothing about working out.

    Read through the fitness thread. There's lots of good exercise advice and even a nice routine for people who are just beginning to lift.
