Way to set v-sync on?

First let me say that the 2d in this game is incredibly lush. Watching it in 1080p on a 24" dell makes me wish everything could look so good. However the lack of v-sync options ruins this detailed 2d goodness because of all the screen tearing when the comics pan around or even in the 3d parts when the ground scrolls.

Is there some secret config file I can modify to enable v-sync?

    PC drivers usually allow you to force it in the driver configuration.
