OTRSPD is immensly enjoyable. You get to hit things. You get to attack robots and bums and more robots. There are fruit fuckers and they do fuck fruit, boy howdy. And this game has about the best turn based combat system... ever! Namely, you can consistently influence or interrupt the actions of the enemy in such a way as to keep you closely involved in the actual combat rather than just waiting for the timer bar to fill. The fighting encourages some fairly deep tactics without being all that difficult to grasp, and a variety of enemies keep you on your toes and looking for the best tactics for each situation. And it's fun to watch, and immensely satisfying to see your vice addled foemen blow apart in a shower of gore and effluvia.
This game is certainly worth the money. This is a game that is of very high quality, combining a very slick interface that is easy and fun to use with a rather demented plot, good graphics, great combat, a good deal of humor, and the hottest ski-ball simulation to hit shelves this year. Buy it. Love it. Harass Gabe and Tycho to finish the next episode.
