In the future, I'd look at some pictures of dancers as a reference point for the pose. I find their forms are usually pretty compelling for these kinds of images.
Or, think of the spine's shape as the dynamic starting point for any pose. Echo or compliment that single line (of the spine) in other parts of the body/limbs.
Some of your images are a lot bigger than they need to be, and are hard to see at times. I try to keep my max dimension around 800.
Is there any reason you did not put your images in a lightbox set so that you can scroll through them without having to click on each on individually?
Also, I love love love your animation! Its full of energy and really fun. I don't know how long it takes you to do those things, but I think it would be worthwhile for you to make an animattion portfolio.
I did that so visitors could click on which thumbnail they want to see, instead of having to cycle through everything. As for the size, a friend of mine said higher resolution is better for a portfolio site. A lot of times, it's HR people who look at your stuff, and they like things big. Personally I think they are big too, but I had them at around 800 and got complaints.
I'm not the greatest at anatomy and poses myself, but there's a few things that jump out at me.
1. I'm not sure if her proportions are supposed to be like a normal human, but the shortish arms and longish legs look a bit weird. Normally, a person's fingers reach about 2/3 down their femur when standing up straight, and even with cartoon characters with exaggerated torsos or legs, that rule tends to hold.
2. Her thighs look like they're different lengths and shapes. I imagine there's foreshortening going on with her right leg, but the shading could convey that better.
3. Her middle and ring finger on her left hand seem to be fused together. All her fingers seem to be bending out too far, as if she's pressing her hands against an invisible surface. Try some more relaxed hand positions.
On the painting style, I really like it overall. The way you worked all the hues into her skin ties the palette together nicely. I think a bit of white in the rocket trails would make them look hotter and more believable. Also, the background could use a bit more variation, whether just with muddling the blues with brush strokes, or adding some clouds.

Overall, it lacks focus/direction.
Good as a study/practice, though.
Check out my art! Buy some prints!
She still looks like a chicken.

Agreed. Good piece, but please rework the limbs into a more comfortable position. It hurts just to look at.
EDIT: Clarification: not hurts to look at as in it sucks, but that pose is so weird that thinking about it makes my groin hurt.
