Fuuuuck. My ling micro is god awful. I just played a RvP on blue storm. I go around his small choke and get into his base and try to mess things up. He counter attacks and takes out my nat and almost my main. I have 2 hatches, speedlings, and like 8 drones. I pump like mad because my ling micro sucks and try to gank his nexus. He pushes me back and tries to block his entrance with zeals, goons, and his gateway. I attack his gateway from where I can without his goons hitting me. Then I notice my lings moving around his gateway, and I realized I could just run between the pylon and the gateway and gank the yellow life nexus. And he leaves without saying anything...
I barely won and he wasn't a very good player, either. I lost, like, 50 lings.
E: And I just looked, and I lost to a fucking 84 apm terran. He had strong TvZ, but still.
When I watch replays I don't ever really seem to take anything away from them. I'm past the point of "Lurkers are good against infantry", so my problems are less obvious and more about execution.
If I had played more since SC came out, played real games against people, I'd probably be better than I am now. Other than playing more games now, and taking the long route, I'm not sure how I'd realistically improve.
Clan war woo! We up 3-0 right now, total of 5 series. Need to win 4-1 to move up a division next season. I won mine 2-1 after dropping the first game >.> I almost fucked up in game 2 too jesus. 3rd game wasn't even close.
And he was newb asfl;kasjf
e: fuck 3-1 now, the 2v2 is must win

If what you say is true, the Shaolin and the Wu-Tang could be DANGERISK.
We won 4-1. It's not certain if we move up a division but probably. Depends on some other teams.
Anyways next season they're putting me on B team to help the B team get wins. Good, cause school starts soon and I won't have to practice raaarugh.
and then someone on the A-team will injure their finger in a tragic world of warcraft accident that will leave them crippled for the rest of the season, and the clan leader will say "Goddamn it, we're done for, we have no choice but to forfeit!" but then some other guy will be like, "Wait! I know one person who might be able to fill in for us..." and then you'll get a call one day, saying, "Listen, Dangerisk, I know this is a lot to ask, but we need a player to fill the last spot for the upcoming clan war for the A-team..." and he won't even need to finish because he knows he has your unspoken agreement and your determination to win so then you'll go through a lengthy training montage set to "You're the Best" by Joe Esposito, with various scenes showing you sweating profusely from your brow and match scores showing off your increasing wins, and then at the end, you'll find yourself going up against the feared Russian A-team, and in an epic, drawn-out back-and-forth battle you'll lose 3-2, but you'll be proud in defeat because hell, you tried

Only if I get to do the Rocky staircase scene with Eye of the Tiger playing in the back.

Anyways, glad to see his efforts pay off for him. Haha what he's bunking with Idra at the Estro house? Weird. Hhahaha oh god listen to coach Lee talk about Idra. "He's a little shy. Sometimes it's like talking to a wall. He doesn't respond." Hahahahaa apparently Idra's right arm is bigger than his left.
OKAY WTF they're having JulyZerg and Kal play some top foreigners with Artosis commentating. He said it's going to be the very top foreigners but that's still vague. Plus they're having another tournament to bring another foreigner to Korea. Whoaaa! European probably this time.

Also, I lost the previous two matches I've played quite handily. I only mention the one win because it was something interesting, at least.

Edit: I know what I'm going to be doing next Sunday.
Like I try to play good but I've never practiced macro/micro, tested builds and reviewed replays. I've just been playing a long time.

It's cool I lucked out my dad brought a mouse hooray
What's going to say when you return a shattered, blackened, mere shell of a mouse to him?
I think he would be impressed more than anything if I could actually do that

Apparently in UMS it lets you pick which starting position you have by choosing a particular team.
Visually, Plasma looks pretty damn awesome. I don't know if I'll ever like tiny ramps though.
I think maybe in 2-3 seasons I might be able to make c+ maybe.
NOT THAT I WONT TRY
Also, sorry Joe, I was tied up with a bunch of crap that took way longer than expected so I didn't make back in time to play you.
Soon you'll be a B+ zerg.
e: ARTOSIS IN KOREA. Doing commentary after they saw his work on Ascension. He's working for SCForAll though, so not with Tasteless I guess?
