    Olives!

    They're in the nut and eggs realm of 'good fats'. High in antioxidants. Controls your blood sugar.

    Lately, my favorite thing to munch on is 3 or 4 Kalamata olives, some hummus, and half a whole grain pita. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it, but I ate the last of the olives last night... :(

    That sounds really good
    I'd do that tonight but the olives I had spilled on me yesterday and made my pants purple so I have no more olives
