Modding the game. (Easter eggs)

Well, it looks like an enterprising young fan has figured out the .HHA format. Seems the game uses a modded flash format for pretty much the non-3d stuff. You can play the scenes without your character in a normal flash player. There are also some neat-o flash easter eggs in there too.

These were found in the game.

This seems to be a character tester of some sort.

    Yeah, I've notice that the format has been posted on certain sites that specialize in game file formats. Earliest one I can find is June 2. I am surprised HotHead didn't take advantage of one the many resource encryption add ons for the Torque engine. If you get a peace of software called Shaper from Inverse Software you can view the dso models and textures.

    As for mods, according to the EULA you assign all copyrights of the mod to Hot Head, so I wouldn't write any code you'd like to use else where. ;)
