England, Yes or No?

So I have this crazy idea to move to england at the end of september under their new youth mobility scheme. This allows me to work in country for 2 years as a US citizen and not have to apply for immigration or crazy visas and work permits.


Is this a good plan?

Have any of you lived, or currently reside, anywhere in England?

What are the most glaring cultural differences for the 20-something age group?

Do you like England?

Any answers could help, and any advice is appreciated.

    From what I understand, London's bars are so, so, so much better then the typical, everyday, loud-and-annoying-as-fuck sports bars we have in the states.

    I contend that we have better food from what I've heard from people that went.
