I haven't been around a lot recently, but my first year teaching has wrapped up. I got new glasses and life is pretty bitching right now.

    I have a bachelor party to plan and attend, and a wedding to attend and give a speech at.

    Other than that, I have plans to see the Alkaline Trio in July in San Diego, and Face to Face is touring and I don't want to miss that. Also, Goldfinger and LTJ are going to be through in late July as well. July is going to be an expensive month for me.

    Used to. My parents still live near DC so I'd work at Wolf Trap during summer break then back to Boston for uni. But this year I'm not. Partially because I didn't want to go back to DC for the summer and also because I got diagnosed with some hearing loss condition that will make me go deaf if I exacerbate it.

    I remember a couple years ago there was a reel big fish and goldfinger concert. I couldn't go because it was 21 up.

    there's a big virginfest thing in baltimore this summer (lol), but good lord, tickets are mad expensive. plus it'll be hot as balls and crowded. as much as I wantt o see the artists that are there, i may have to pass. though it'll suck to miss foo fighters, gogol bordello, lupe fiasco, bloc party, wilco, stp, lil wayen, nine inch nails, etc etc etc etc. oh my god, i really should go
