- This is an RTS set in the Tom Clancy universe.
- It is rumored that this is the game that will tie together the Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, and Ghost Recon games.
- This is a game that makes extensive use of the Xbox 360/PS3 headset and voice commands.
- EndWar is just crazy enough to make it work.
- This game is for both the 360 and PS3. Not sure about cross console play.
- The BETA is 1 vs 1 or 2 vs 2 only.

What is this thread for?
Well, last week or so, Ubisoft started accepting registration for a private beta. Since the beta for Call of Duty 4 kicked six different types of ass (a seventh has yet to be discovered), and the Bad Company beta was meh, I figured EndWar has a solid chance of at least taking up my hard drive space. And we could all point to it when we apply for future betas. THOSE OF US THAT GOT IN, THAT IS!!!

Giving Voice Commands - To give voice commands just hold down the right trigger and say the command you wish to give. Release the trigger after you’ve finished giving your command.
(Note - All available commands will appear onscreen in the Voice Command Menu once you press the right trigger.)
Camera Controls – Move the onscreen reticule with the right analog stick. Use the left analog stick to move the camera around your selected unit.
Voice Chat – To chat with other players during a game, press and hold the right shoulder bumper (RB) and speak.
Switching Cameras - Hold down the right trigger and say the name of the unit you want to see followed by the word “camera”. For example: “Unit Two, Camera”.
(Note - You can also highlight the unit on the unit dashboard along the bottom of the screen by pressing left or right using the d-pad. Once the unit you wish to see is highlighted you can press the “X” button to move the camera to that unit.)
Game Modes:
Conquest – Secure and hold majority of Uplinks. Only Riflemen and Engineers can secure an Uplink.
Assault – Eliminate all hostile forces.
Siege – Attacker: Secure and hold critical Uplink.
Defender: Prevent the enemy from taking critical Uplink and eliminate all hostiles.
Raid – Attacker: Destroy more than 50% of critical structures within 15 minutes.
Defender: Protect more than 50% of critical structures for 15 minutes.

I got into the Bad Company Beta. I played it for a week, and I hated it. I may try the demo to see if they improved it, but IMHO it sucked ass.
I wouldnt worry too much Darley, i dont think all the invites are out yet. Also, I think their system might be a bit fucked up considering I got the same "You're in!" email 5 times this morning within an hour.

I don't think having other Tom Clancy games helps getting in the beta (if that is what you are talking about), since I own every single Tom Clancy game for the 360 (and a few for the pc/old xbox too) and I didn't get in
