Clearly I didn't. No need to be an ass about it.

So I have $4 in my Paypal account, so I figure "Hey, Half-Life for 98 cents! This is fortuitous!" But when I'm trying to pay for it, Paypal is giving me a message saying that the transaction total is more than I have in my account. Is this a Steam problem, or a Paypal problem?

    Thanks, guys! :)

Does anyone have this game, by the way? I thought that this was going to be a Hitman-esque game but it's so much better, has anyone tried it yet? At least download the demo :D

It's a Paypal problem as the game is still 0.98$.

The best part about this HL1 cheapie is that I found out about it after a session replaying HL2.

I otherwise never would have bothered but now oh yes. <3

Rejoice all Steam users (all North American users at least), Prince of Persia Sands of Time, Warrior Within, and The Two Thrones are now on Steam!

Also, weekend deal is Sam & Max season 1 for $14.99. Already own it, but it's highly recommended to anyone who's a fan of graphic adventure games.

Hey, Ubisoft! You made Far Cry 2 available worldwide, so why not any of these?

This is very odd. The Sands of Time games have descriptions in Danish, even though they're not available in Denmark. The upcoming Prince of Persia just shows it's description in English.

I thought Ubisoft were doing an absolutely terrible job of rolling out its catalogue since they're a European company and only seem to be focusing on America?

Then again, that wouldn't be on your mind, since you live in the land of the free and [strike]prosperous[/strike].

I know FarCry did. Something about not being able to limit the keys to people in the US.

It's on GameTap, though, if you live in the US. Maybe Europe soon?

I just fired up my newly bought HL1 and jumped on a multiplayer server. I was a bit surprised to not see my avatar and Steam name on the score board, as I was lead to believe by a recent update to the HL1 engine, but upon closer reading, it appears that those things are only for Counter-Strike and Condition Zero.

Hmmm. That new Prince of Persia game does look super-sexay.

Thing is the only info I have about it is two minute long commercials that were shown during It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

    I can't base a decision on that, can I??

I don't like this whole "Buy on Steam, forced to use GFW for online" stuff. And the GFW for expansion pack exclusivity.

Almost makes me not want to buy things on Steam if when running games off Steam I'll also have to run GFW stuff.

I haven't seen anything about the new PoP game actually, where should I start with the Prince of Persia series? I'd heard lots about the first two, but I don't remember which one was better.

Damn, and I want to pick up Sam n' Max and I've been looking forward to GTA IV for months now, but... but, I have TOO MUCH TO PLAY. This isn't really bad, but damn, valve has leeched my free time pretty hard.

Sands of Time. Warrior Within got really, really emo. Two Thrones was a nice refresher after that emo-fest.

I'm still annoyed that us Aussies can't get it from Steam. I don't want StarForce from the the retail version, but I also want to play it because it's totally awesome. Thankfully it seems like the catalogue for Aussie Steam users is increasing, but there's still a way to go.
