It looks like it takes awhile before your creatures are added to the general list. For example, I couldn't find mine in a search for "Penny Arcade" even though I had tagged it as such, or through "guido" even though my username is "theguido".
I wonder how much lag time there is.

Mine have shown up immediately. I altered the mudkip so much I should know.
Not sure why you are having issues with it taking any time.
Gaaah, installed it this morning, not enough time to play around with it before work but I really hate how the game automaticly installs itself in danish. The translations are horrible, knew I should have bought english vista...
I want to give my creature a single arm coming out of its forehead, to use as a post to attach other stuff to. I can't seem to make it happen though, how do I do it?

It shows up under "my creations" when I go to sporepedia, but I can't get it on the more general lists. Maybe there's a delay in loading those---or they load at certain times.

I'm pretty happy with the way this guy turned out. His arms act weird though because there are no hands on the end. There is a mouth and acid spitter hidden in his huge eye so it looks like he communicates telepathically and shoots laser beams! Ehh kinda.

I finally wanged a creature... I wanted this creation to have Strike 5, and could only afford a pair of Mace Balls. So some tweaking to each and they came a pair of testicles and a spiked wang.
Looking forward to tweaking him once I have access to the full version. He's kind of cute but tHE INSECTOID EMPIRE WILL RULE THE UNIVERSE WITHOUT MERCY OR REMORSE
