So I've had this nasty headache where my browline meets my temples, and it has come back every day since last Wednesday. Usually, around the time I eat a large meal, the headache will mostly subside - at least for a few hours. Because I don't have a kitchen in or anywhere near my summer dorm housing, I haven't been eating three square meals, and many days I haven't eaten even two (and the places I go to, in the tradition of most cheap food joints, don't serve many veggies). The problem seems pretty clear to me: I haven't been eating healthily, and my headaches have been a response to that.
Today I went ahead and bought some passes to the school's dining hall, and will probably be eating there a lot from here on out. For breakfast, I had a bowl of granola cereal and some yogurt back in my dorm room; for lunch, I ate beef macaroni, a large helping of green beans, a similarly sized helping of corn (woo veggies finally), and a banana. I haven't had any problems with headaches today.
My question is this: which vitamins and minerals did I ingest today that have helped stave away the headaches? What are other sources of them (for the days the dining hall doesn't have green beans or corn)? Any other general tips for eating healthily this summer?

I second this. It's also possible you're not drinking enough water. How much do you drink per day?
I don't know, I don't keep track. Probably close to 2 liters - I drink 2-3 cups fluid (usually water) per meal, and drink whenever thirsty throughout the day (which usually amounts to another 2-3 cups).
