I wish people would stop bitching about that Wolverine bone to whole again thing.

Who the fuck cares. So it was exaggerated a bit. It's not like it was the first time he regenerated a crazy amount. Didn't he fly REALLY close to the sun with Phoenix and burn up most of his skin?

Just tell yourself that nitro didn't burn ALL of his skin off, just most of it. And the mystical powers helped Logan back. The end. Shut the fuck up already.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that in a story where Wolverine uses his Action Aquatic Super Iron-Man SCUBA Armor that has slots for his claws to fight Namor at the bottom of the ocean, they aren't really shooting for 'reality.'

I do. I didnt really care for Magical, but the other stuff hasn't been horrible. And he actually found a way to make Cable's origin even more retarded than the 616 version. As far as the dialouge goes, I guess I'm just used to it from all of his other books that I read.

Could be he is taking it seriously and brought up the old plot point from 616 Marvel as some kind of homage, showing off how he's been a fan for like forever.

X stated he loved Jean in issue 3? I didn't know when it had happened, just that it had happened.

Still, it's an obscure piece of trivia and I think the revival of the concept is meant to harken back to whatever era it came from and, maybe, show off how much the writer knows about the X-Men mythos. I mean it's so out of place that I can't see him coincidentally coming up with the same idea all by himself.

Walking Dead's last issue sucked - and was completely over the top and pointless. This was a great genre book and the best zombie book in years. I could give the first WD trade to non-comic fans as a jumping on point. Yeah, it was gory and grahic, but it's a paper equivalent of an R-rated horror movie, so that was understandable. This last issue though - it made me feel dirty, and I wouldn't give that to anyone.

I haven't read the issue yet, but I think it's clear Michonne gets her revenge and its an easy bet that that revenge is gonna be pretty brutal. I'm ten kinds of down with that. I wouldn't be happy unless she fucked the Governer up 20% worse that what he did to her- It's payback time, bitch. This issue isn't supposed to be a jumping on point, this issue is for those who have been following the story and invested in the characters. Michonne's revenge would mean little to a person reading the book for the first time, but its a payoff for those who have been following the story thus far.

Though still, I ain't read the issue yet and it could be bad. Though I doubt it could be so bad it negates everything great that came before it, or thats still to come.

If you lived on DC earth, would you assume that Superman had a secret identity? Even though he wears no mask and seems to respond to trouble anywhere? Would you even consider the possibility that he would, for some reason, want to live as a normal person, without all of his power? Would you consider the possiblity of him assuming the identity of Clark Kent, mild-mannered reporter?

Answer: No. If you answered yes, you have made a mistake somewhere in your reasoning.

Superman is a larger-than-life, near-godlike figure for normal people. They see no reason why he would live a double life as anything other than that.

Even the gods of myth came down to Earth in disguises every now and then. Zeus' secret identity was a bull.

Though the writers tell you people would think that way, it doesn't mean they actually would.
