    That's a hilarious table!

And I guess we didn't make it all that far, huh? I still think we coulda kept going.

... And that drake hit me for 18. 18! What the hell haha.

<edit> That really happened? I don't remember what the ranger rolled, but I thought the DM was being sarcastic about sliding down and falling back into the glue. Haha awesome.

Yeah, those drakes hurt us pretty bad. Climbing straight up onto the platforms and getting surrounded probably wasn't the best way to do that fight.

Course, it didn't help that our ranger was stuck in glue for almost the entire fight. It was hilarious when he finally got out of it, tried to climb up the wall, rolled a 1, and slid back down face first back into the glue.

All true, Thanks for insisting on critical failures TheBog!

Does anyone recall what your kobold prisoner started to say before they died?

nice. my group hung back a bit and picked off the slingers/minions then scaled up the platform. actually our wizard teleported up there solo, so i HAD to charge him with the drake and scare him a bit. then i had the other one join in, but they didn't have too much trouble with them.

the next room is definitely fun - and a bit harder. and if you're putting the room on alert.. well much harder i'd imagine :)

I did. It's posted in the IC thread.

I have to admit, that was pretty funny. I was even laughing through the cloud of red haze that was blurring my vision.

Ah well, I made up for it when I finally got up there.

My favorite is still our rogue leaping face first into a pit of slime at the start of the adventure.

I thought it was pretty funny that you bothered to take improved initiative but still ended up going dead last in every encounter. :P

That's okay, I took a feat to increase my Hunter's Quarry bonus damage from 1d6 to 1d8 and then forgot to use it during the entire first encounter.

wow, Cambiel does have improved initiative! on paper atleast.. muhahahah

you still roll better than my Wizard, he has hit with ONE attack in two sessions. Out of combat he is a knowledge skill rockstar, natural 20's at least twice.we decided he sports a pair of these

By the way, that Cleave errata is not how you said it was.

    Cleave [Revision]
    Player’s Handbook, page 77
On the Hit line, replace “an enemy
adjacent to you” with “an enemy
adjacent to you other than the
    target.”

So it looks like a Fighter is able to hit a creature on the opposite side of him with a cleave. The purpose of the errata was just to prevent cleave from hitting the same creature your attack did.

Sheet updated. Do I need to specify purchasing alchemical reagents IC or can I add them on like the rest of my objects?

Also, do we have a set date yet?

    good questions.

You can buy reagents from your mentor just like the fighters can buy a sword, RP is optional for such things.
RP is required for any magic item purchase. (not really an issue now )

As for the date, I updated the OP on this thread with the date and time.

I assume we can do it Thurs the 26th, 6pm pacific time. Does that work for everyone?

    Terrible news everyone!

The latest watchbill went up last night and I have to be at work from ten PM to seven AM through Thursday. Which means, well, I won't even be awake at six PST. So yeah, Cambiel will me missing this Thursday.

    Players,

I have had something come up tonight, I won't be able to run the game as planned. Post when you are available here.

I can do Sat, Sun, Wed, and Thurs.

Hm... I don't know. I'd probably be able to make any day. I know my family's got something going on here on Saturday, but we're also 3 hours ahead of you. So if you decide to game at 6, that would be 9PM for me, and I'd probably still be able to make it. I think I'm good for any day so far, though preferably not Saturday. Lets hear what other people prefer.

I've applied for a job that might take up my nights, but for now I am open all three days. Sunday might get trumped by my normal DnD fix.

So I guess, I'm currently open for all three nights but it might be subject to change.

I'm away this weekend, but I'm usually available Thursday or Sunday nights. I can do Saturday, but I usually prefer to go out on Saturday nights, so I probably wouldn't be able to make most sessions.

Thursday it is then. Be sure to work out any preparation in the IC thread. You could walk right in like before, but I would try and come up with a better plan than storming the front gate.
