I'll wait for delorand and Carnarvon to roll initiative before I roll for the gangers - in the event Carnarvon isn't around by the game's start on Sunday, I'll roll for him and call his actions for the fight, so we can get the encounter out of the way in one night and keep this game going.

For future reference, DP, the to-hit roll is reversed to find hit location; making a separate roll isn't necessary (but in that case you wouldn't need to reverse it).

You'll have enough time before you have to meet Cain to get some supplies you might think of that you don't have yet, bandage wounds, etc.
Carnarvon still hasn't been to the board since the tenth, so Parthus is now officially an NPC party member. He'll tag along with you guys and help with stuff until such a time as I deem it convenient to remove him from the story.
I think we should let the ganger go. Best case, it saves us on bad karma. Worst case, he kills one of us, says, "Mickey Mouse?" and then gets gunned down in front of his men who don't know wtf is going on. :P
