Question about Wii Virtual Console...

Ok, I got a Wii a couple of months back and about a month ago I finally hooked it up (hey, I've been really busy). I've got it hooked up at my ex-girlfriend's place because it would have been boring to play Wii Sports by myself. I've since gotten a few games and it's fun, but I'd like to check out the Virtual Console.

The problem is she doesn't have Wi-Fi and I do at home. I'm wondering if I take my Wii home, hook it to the net via Wi-Fi and download some games, will they still be there when I take them back to her place? Or do I need to stay connected to the net to play the Virtual Console games?

The Wii doesn't need to be online to play the games once you downloaded it onto the console.

Is there a limit to the games that you can download? I've been able to put save games on my memory card, which has far more storage than the Wii. Can I do that with the VC games too?

Yep, no limit until the memory's full. You see a dialog box on how many blocks you have, and how many blocks the game takes up.

Can you move them to the memory card, though? With over 15k unused blocks there (1 used), I'd rather have them there.

You can move them, but you can't play them from the memory card. So if you move them to the card, you have to move them back to play them.

e: Sorry, didn't read your post all the way through.
