    I would have to look it up, but I'm pretty sure there were studies that showed exactly that -- and that distractions like talking to passengers or on the phone or fucking with the radio were responsible for taking driver attention from the road and causing accidents.

    The point being, it's the phone conversation that's the problem, not the method.

    Not in my opinion, because that person's life is directly tied to how focused you are on driving. Having a passionate argument, however, would be just about as dangerous.

    The edited comics of that were hilarious, even if incredibly wrong.

    If I understand it correctly, the chan formula for editing CAD is to remove the middle two panels, and remove the text from the last panel or leave it in, depending.

    I can certainly vouch to this, being noticeably impaired in my ability to know how to get somewhere and following all traffic rules, when involved in a conversation in my car.

    And then we have all those horrible, horrible cell phone talkers banned from doing that, and kindly wave to the smart and responsible people in their cars that are not talking on phones, but are chatting it up with the passengers.
